Returns

First off if you are visiting this page it is likely you purchased something from us so thank you! We know returns happen from time to time and we're sorry things didn't work out. Please read over the fine print below and we'll get you taken care of:

Eligible items for return must be received in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer returns on products that are made-to-order or on sale with the exception of defective items. (This is noted in the description of each item.)

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within approximately 2-3 weeks after we receive your return. Please note that returns will be made at your own cost and the original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item is defective).  

Received a damaged item? 

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at orders@love2sweat.com within 14 days of receipt of the item and attach a photo of the damaged product. In addition, please specify if you would like a refund, merchandise credit, or a replacement.
