Eligible items for return must be received in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer returns on products that are made-to-order or on sale with the exception of defective items. (This is noted in the description of each item.)
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within approximately 2-3 weeks after we receive your return. Please note that returns will be made at your own cost and the original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item is defective).
Received a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of the item and attach a photo of the damaged product. In addition, please specify if you would like a refund, merchandise credit, or a replacement.
